Personal Development Coaching or Life Coaching is about helping you develop and make the changes that you want to make in your life.
We have all experienced that moment of realisation where we just know that something isn’t right; that we are not achieving what we wanted from our lives. Looking in the mirror, the person looking back at us is not who we expected it to be and we know we need to make some changes, but maybe don’t know where to start.

My role as your coach is to work with you to take stock of the situation that brought you to this realisation; to identify with you the areas where you want or need to make changes; to help you set goals that hold meaning for you and then to support you as you take steps towards achieving those goals.

In our coaching sessions, my questions are designed to help you take charge of the process of change in your life and to recognise that you have the power to make these changes happen. Clients often comment that they learn a lot about themselves and reconnect with dreams that have sometimes been allowed drift as other challenges in life have created obstacles for them. Through coaching, you learn what matters to you and how to re-focus so that the life you aspire to comes back into view and becomes possible once more for you.
