What’s involved?
Coaching sessions for you and/or your key team members usually involves our engaging in a focused one-to-one conversation, for a mutually agreed number of sessions (usually 6 to 12). These sessions can be carried out either face-to-face (in person or via Skype) or on the telephone and they will typically last between 1 and 2 hours, with a four to six weeks gap between sessions. There is scope also for brief, laser-focused coaching calls to address specific issues that might arise in between.

Over the course of our work together, my goal is to help you and your people to be clear about what you want to achieve within your organisation. I aim also to provide the impetus for you to make headway towards your business goals while also further developing the leadership skills of your team.
